Evelyn muore dopo un aborto illegale. Il chirurgo che aveva praticato l'operazione viene ucciso da un misterioso figuro che indossa un casco nero. L'azione si sposta nell'agenzia di moda Albatross, gestita da Gisella (Giuliana Cecchini), una lesbica inveterata che porta a spasso un marito grasso e impotente (Franco Diogene).
